HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY WEDDING RING PILLOW TO ARRIVE?

For orders within Australia, please allow up to 10 business days.

For orders outside Australia, please allow up to 15 business days.

We use the services of Australia Post to deliver your product.

We will inform you by email if the delivery is likely to exceed these mailing timeframes.

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE?

The Delivery charge is $18 Australian Dollars per item. 

For multiple orders delivered to the same address an additional delivery charge will apply. We will advise you of the additional charges before we will confirm acceptance of your order.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

As all the wedding ring pillows are made-to-order we do not refund or exchange your order unless due to faulty workmanship
